Boneless chicken breasts sautéed in a brandy demi-glace, topped with roasted red peppers and fresh mozzarella, baked and served over sautéed baby spinach with garlic mashed potatoes

Grilled Salmon
Fresh salmon fillet char-grilled and topped with lemon aioli. Served with creamy risotto and asparagus hollandaise
